Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that certain furniture, oversized, made-to-order, or specialty items may require additional processing time. If an item requires additional time to ship, we will provide an update when possible.

Shipping Rates

Free standard shipping is available on orders over $150.

For orders under $150, applicable shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the items in your order, destination, package size, and available shipping method.

Certain oversized or specialty items may have additional shipping charges. Any applicable charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order has been processed and shipped, standard delivery generally takes approximately 3–8 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary because of carrier delays, weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, incorrect or incomplete addresses, or circumstances beyond our control.

Large, oversized, or specialty furniture items may require additional delivery time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipment has been handed to the carrier.

If you have not received tracking information or your tracking information has not updated after this period, please contact us.

DorothysDesignAndDecor is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided at checkout.

Furniture and Oversized Items

Some furniture, large décor pieces, lighting fixtures, and other oversized products may require special handling or delivery arrangements.
